Very unprofessional with their services.
They are not service oriented set up.
We paid them in advance for the work, and also the payments were released parallely on the finish of project, no value for time and commitment, from whom so ever we collaborate we make extra efforts to make them feel important and valued we observed not all are able to receive and count on. Our work was not attended on timelines, no coordination, we trusted sanjay Mulchandani who is a bussiness provider to this firm the owner of Raj ply from nehrunagar. Also we were shocked not all could receive feedback from their customers on providing that they were turned back for the inauguration ceremony and we did invite them nicely with goodies they did accept that, they never turned to validate their project and be a part of their clients special day, they never turned up to see if any repair work is needed, they referred us Mr sharma for wood work none of them bothered to attend the repair work needed by it, in less than 6 months it turned shabby after paying them as per their say they never provided quatation, no performa no approvals to create a situation where they finish the work and provide u bill and we respect it. It’s so strange to work so unethically.
